Safety and Technical Service (BTS)
The employer is obliged to provide employees with a safety and technical service pursuant to Section 21, Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. on Occupational Safety and Health Protection.
We will relieve you of worries about security, management and we will solve it.
- processing of complete OSH documentation in accordance with applicable legal regulations
- participation and professional assistance in investigating occupational accidents (processing records of registered occupational accidents, reporting occupational accidents to the relevant authorities, compensation, etc.)
- performance of employee training within the prescribed deadlines, we monitor the deadlines for you, we solve training through e-learning, saving time, adapting to production and operational possibilities
- performing inspections of the employer's workplaces with identification of deficiencies and proposals for improving the identified condition (preventive control activity, preparation of a record)
- professional advice for the employer as well as other senior employees
- representation in dealings with state administration bodies
- identification and assessment of risks pursuant to Section 6, paragraph 1, letter c) of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. with a draft list of provided PPE
- supervision of the fulfillment of obligations arising from regulations on occupational health and safety, control of the state of occupational safety and health protection at workplaces
